Description of the theft
This is the second bike theft in one month at this location. Although the bike was quite worn, enough that we don't know the manufacturer, it was used as a small man's road bike, light weight, racer bar handles, the seat was covered in snake skin duct tape, orange flower leigh near seat, minimal red worn in frame and thin tires.
