Description of the theft
Bike was locked to a hook-and-strap Hollywood bike-rack which was attached to the rear of my car. Bike was locked to the rack. Everything was covered with a grey tarp with bungie cords. Thief cut the straps and took the bike, locks, rack, and black canvas saddlebags that were attached to the rear rack on the bike (rack is shown in photos, saddlebags were new).
