Description of the theft
I parked my bike in the garage under my work, locked to staircase rails. The garage is accessible by foot and car along Lenora Ave. I locked my bike up around 9:45am and returned around 6:45pm, only to find a cut up Kryptonite lock and a missing bicycle.
