Description of the theft
Bike was key hook locked to the bike rack and the bike rack was locked to the car and parked in a crowded Van Nuys Costco Parking lot. Went in to shop and when I came out the bike was gone. I've done this a hundred times without incident. This was a hundred and one. The lock seems to have been broken or they damaged the bike to get it off the rack.
