Description of the theft
On Saturday October 2nd, I went to DTLA with my bike to participate in the Women's March. I parked my bike on Broadway, North of 5th in the bike rack on the East side of the street (420 S Broadway). Last I saw my bike was at 10 am, but when I returned it was gone. All of it. They cut the lock (ABUS 1385 Tresor Combo Chain PadLock 7mm + back wheel locked with Key mechanism, which is a German manufactured Security level 7/15). I thought it would be safe to park it there because there was a lot of traffic on Broadway...
