Description of the theft
The bike was locked near a convenience store (opposite Starbucks) on Bush Street near the intersection with Kearny street. I was at dinner nearby and came out to find the bike gone, but the twisted, broken lock was left along with the tool that was used and a black fabric bag used to conceal the crime.
