Description of the theft
I went down to the bike rack by my apartment (1827 Harris, on the back side of the building, under a flight of stairs), and find my bicycle missing. The lock was cut, and left on the ground. I am unsure exactly when it was stolen, but I am sure it was some time today. I am new to the area and unaware of anyone with intent to steal it.
