Description of the theft
Bike was tandem locked with another bike in front of Peninsula Robotics (Midtown Shopping Center, Palo Alto) at 4pm. Highly visible area with quite a bit of traffic. At 5.10pm when my son came out of class he found that the lock had been opened and just his bike was missing. The other bike that was tandem locked with it was untouched.
