Description of the theft
I arrived at the Metreon on 135 4th St at 8.55 pm on Friday the 15th of May. I locked my bike with front wheel and frame to a street sign with a Kryptonite Evolution series 4 Standard. I went to watch a movie from 9.05 pm until 11 pm. When I returned at around 11.10 pm the bike and the lock were gone.
I spent about one hour searching the area trying to find the bike and/or the lock. I asked multiple people in the area if they had seen anything. A Yerba Buena employee said that he had previously observed three men collaborating in stealing multiple bikes at the Yerba Buena center. He thought the bikes were taken to a place below the Highway where they'd be disassembled and sold off.
