Bicycle detail

My bike was stolen from a wall-mounted bike rack in the locked, underground garage of my apartment building at the provided address. The bike was locked using a Kryptonite U-lock which appeared to have been sawed through. There were other areas of the garage that also showed signs of having been burglarized as well, though this was the only property of mine that was taken (my wife’s bike was mounted to the same rack and was left alone). I noticed it was missing on October 17th at around 11 PM and the last time I can recall seeing it there was prior to October 13th. There is a security camera in the garage facing the garage door and several others around the building as well, but I have not heard back from management yet regarding obtaining that footage, despite multiple attempts to contact them today.
