Description of the theft
Bike was stored inside Kia Soul, parked on NE Interstate & Oregon CCP Lot #239. Rear driver's side window was smashed and bike was stolen from back seat/trunk. (A police report has been filed but I do not have a report number yet).
NOTE: The bike has a black basket, on the left side over the rear wheel, that is collapsible. Also has a front and rear safety light.
