Description of the theft
I locked my bike behind the Sylvee at 10:30pm on 8/26. I came back at 12:40am on 8/27 to find it gone. Sylvee security footage confirms two people stole it around 11:45pm on 8/26 by cutting the chain, riding off with it, and then coming back for their bikes.
