Description of the theft
Bicycle locked with cable lock to platform bicycle rack. Video surveillence shows 2 middle aged men approaching the vehicle 25 minutes after I parked it and left the garage. One with large backpack - unable to see full surveilence footage, but likely bolt cutters used to cut lock, which was left at scene by the emergency exit stairwell.
Car was parked on P3 level.
Cameras showed first theif leaving north down Yonge St after exiting the building by Zavida coffee shop. Second theif ran east across Yonge St.
