Description of the theft
Our tandem bike was locked up in our complex garage behind our car with two other bikes. When it rains heavily, the garage door will stop working sometimes and remain open. Someone entered our garage sometime between Sunday night (3/19) and Wednesday morning (3/22), and they cut our bike lock cord and only stole the tandem bike (they left the other two bikes).
