Description of the theft
Locked 2 bikes at the Spring St Trolley Station on 9/11. One bike was locked to the bike rack with Kryptonite Forgetaboutit and 512 ring lock with plug chain employed. The stolen bike was locked to the other bike with the plug chain, and to the bike rack with 2x Master lock cable locks. Thieves clipped the ring on the plug chain, leaving it at the scene. The cable locks were missing with the bike.
