Description of the theft
Stolen most likely in middle of the day. It was locked up under the stairs for more than 8 months and all of sudden gone today with cable cord cut. After talking with neighbors, many have had problems lately..car windows broken, other items stole. Thought in apartment community is contractors that come in during the day to repair apartments, etc.
