Description of the theft
I rode my bike to a therapy appointment. I arrived at 10:56, locked my front wheel and frame to the rack on the street. (The building does not have a secure bike locking location.) When I left the appointment and went outside (approx 12:05 pm), my bike was gone, and another bike was dumped at the scene. It appears they dumped their old bike in favor of my bike.
