Description of the theft
Bike was locked outside of wholefoods, white fan seemed to be eyeing the bike rack and was gone when I came outside. The bike was locked through the front wheel and bike rack so there is no way someone just rode it away without cutting the lock with what I presume to be bolt or wire cutters. The bike has been used all of 4 times by my sister before this week so the bike looks brand new
