Description of the theft
Racked bicycle with two other bikes at union station near track 1 at approximately 930 am. Used two combination chain locks and returned to rack at approximately 12 pm after eating breakfast inside. Found both bike locks broken and 1 of 3 bikes stolen. Black carbon fiber Felt B14 bike with Gatorskin tires. Black stickers near stem that say "DUBYA" and "Clever Training" and have an American flag. White and green sticker on stem that says "IRONMAN 70.3"
