Description of the theft
Was visiting the Madame Tussand Wax Museum on Monday September 2, 2024 at 2pm I parked near a fire hydrant a few spaces near the museum without a bike lock unfortunately so I locked my scooter digitally through my phone and an hour later when I came out of the museum. My scooter disappeared from its spot were I put it. I made a police report to the nypd and they said that there wasn't anything they can do because there were no cameras and I didn't have a gps tracker inside of the scooter.
