Description of the theft
Bike was stolen outside of Goodwill. There is video and eye-witness evidence. I parked with a U-Lock around a handicapped parking sign and through my front tire -and- frame. The signs were removed and he lifted it off the pole and carried it away on his shoulder. Store employees saw him taking the sign off and approached him. He left with the bike shortly after.
