Description of the theft
From Garage. Bike hanging on wall rack. Heavy covered cable wrapped around frame and both wheels. Cable loop ends were secured with Brinks keyed padlock secured to a covered hasp mounted to garage frame. The cable was cut using garden tool in the garage.
