Description of the theft

My bike was securely locked to a bike rack directly in front of the Women’s Building at 3543 18th St, San Francisco, CA 94110 (southwest corner of 18th and Lapidge).
At about 05:13 AM on 2/25, a man in dark clothing and a backpack approaches the bike, smokes a cigarette, then proceeds to grind off the lock with some sort of a power saw.
