Description of the theft
I rode my bike to my friends apartment around 7:30pm. I locked my bike on the bike rack outside her apartment at 1015
Railroad avenue. After we ate dinner, we went downtown to meet up with friends. When leaving the apartment around
9:30pm my bike was still locked on the rack and I put my helmet on the bike as well. We returned to the apartment around
12:30am and my bike and helmet were gone. The were no pieces of the lock on the ground.
