Description of the theft
I locked up the bicycle on the south-east corner of the Denver Public Library, went inside at precisely 1:20pm and I was inside maybe 50 minutes.. when it was time to leave..it was gone without a trace. This was exactly 2:15pm that I saw it was stolen from where it had been locked up. Broad daylight and people around :(
