Description of the theft
I left the bike unlocked for a few minutes between the electric stairs and the hand rail right in front of the 2nd main(indoor) entrance. I went in for a few minutes and when i came back it was gone. One of the guys that work at Publix told me he saw a black guy dress in black with a red backpack taking the bike. I went in to look for the manager to asked if he could look at the cameras and yup there was the guy as described taking the bike. Publix didn't let me see or take the video but they did provided to the Police. I ended up walking 2 miles to get home.
