Bicycle detail

At around 9:30pm on October 22, 2023 I went outside my apartment to walk my dog and saw my bike still locked u see the stairs of our apartment building. When I went to leave my apartment at around 8:30am on October 23, 2023, the next morning, the bike was gone. There was a U-lock and a cable lock attached to the bike at the time it was stolen and nobody had been given an extra key to the locks. The staircase is out of view of general traffic so somebody must have sought out the bike. The only thing left behind was a small tab of Velcro normally attached to the cable lock that was on the concrete floor. My roommates and I heard nothing outside the apartment overnight and were awake until about 12:30am. The bike has a side mirror, water bottle holder, phone holder and a bent light on the rear rack.
