Bicycle detail

Arrived home at 8:39pm (as verified by Ring cam at doorway) on 9/17/2019 during heavy rain. Opted to let that pass and then to bring in. Within 15 minutes the bike had been removed from the rack on the back of my car parked in the driveway. Another bike was found around the corner from my home that looks to have been ditched. Also likely stolen and I will drop off. Bike is a blue Scattante R650 with black carbon seat stays and crank brothers "candy" pedals that require clips. Handlebars are road drop style with black wrap and are flat on the upper riding portion. Seat is off-white and thin. Unfortunately I do not have the SN. Rear wheel is a Williams and makes a loud clicking from the hub. Front wheel is aluminum with an ultegra hub. Cap on the left shifter is missing. Had a off-white and black under seat bag at the time.
